charge from your cradle without the power adapter

Here are the instructions, minus the photos, just incase that link doesn't work:

First...you need to take out the 4 screws on the bottom of the cradle. Inside you will see the end of the USB cable. You will need to snip the red and the black wire, and strip the end. (there are two black wires, one more shiny than the other, you are going for the shiny one)

Then you need to cut the red and blackwires that run from the power jack in the back, and strip those.

Now solder together all the loose red wires and then the loose black wires. (there should be 3 of each) Wrap it in a little electrical tape, and screw it back together.

Now...plug it in and watch it charge!
